Cenne składniki żółtka jaja

Jaja są źródłem życiodajnych substancji, dzięki, którym możliwe jest wydanie nowego życia. Obecne w nich lipidy, substancje mineralne, węglowodany, witaminy oraz inne bioaktywne substancje wykorzystywane są nie tylko przez ptaki, ale także przez człowieka. Jaja pełne aktywnych składników są nie tylko używane w przemyśle żywnościowym, w tym do produkcji żywności o właściwościach prozdrowotnych oraz preparatów o znaczeniu medycznym, ale także w gospodarstwach domowych. Należy jednak już na wstępie wspomnieć, że proporcje tych biologicznie aktywnych składników w jaju są różne w zależności od diety, sposobu żywienia, oraz innych komponentów celowo dodawanych do paszy ptaków.
